VOLUNTEER

Volunteers make a difference. Help children find a voice and get the attention they need and deserve. A Court Appointed Special Advocate, or CASA volunteer, is a court-appointed, trained, and committed adult who represents and advocates for a child's best interest in the child protection system. By becoming a CASA volunteer, you can help keep abused and neglected children safe, giving them a chance at finding happiness.

DONATE

Lower Shore CASA has recently expanded and is now fully operational in the tri-county area of Worcester, Wicomico and Somerset Counties. One of our goals is to provide advocacy for 100% of children deemed CINA or 'children in need of assistance'. To meet this goal, we rely on the support of individuals who volunteer their time, as well as those who make monetary donations. We accept all donations whether they are big or small, every little bit goes a long way in helping us advocate on behalf of abused and neglected children in our communities. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Donations can be made by way of time and/or monetary support. You can help by making a tax-deductible donation through our secure server

Fulfill a Need

This is a list of the items some of our CASA children have requested. For example, some of these children would like to join a sport but cannot afford uniforms or the associated costs; some have hobbies but cannot afford materials that coincide with that hobby. Here is your opportunity to help.
