Jerrona Smith received her Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University. Prior to that, she studied at the University of Phoenix, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management.Jerrona has traveled extensively across the country during her husband's employment with the United States Navy. It was while they were stationed in Connecticut that she was introduced to the CASA program. Jerrona developed a deep connection with the purpose behind the program and has served as a volunteer, staff support, director, and now Regional Director for Lower Shore CASA.Jerrona and her husband reside in Wicomico County, Maryland, and have two adult daughters, one grandson, and a grand-dog.
