Julie is a Maryland Eastern Shore native with more than 10 years of experience working in Child Welfare. She graduated from Salisbury University with her degree in Psychology. She began her career working with the Department of Social Services in Family Preservation and then moved on to become the Family Advocate for the Child Advocacy Center. After leaving the Department of Social Services she continued her work at Life Crisis Center in Outreach/Victim Services. Her background in child welfare has led her to Lower Shore CASA and she finds it a privilege to serve her community in this role.
